Cosplayshow Return & Exchange Policy

At Cosplayshow, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If not, don’t worry — we’ve made the return process simple, fast, and hassle-free.




Eligible Items for Return

Most items purchased on Cosplayshow.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags and security seals intact

Eligible items include:

  • Standard-size costumes

  • Shoes

  • Accessories (unless otherwise noted)




Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Disposable items

  • Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, insoles, earrings

  • Gifts

  • Items that are used, damaged, or have noticeable odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Almost all of our products are made-to-order.
For environmental reasons, we do not allow “buy multiple sizes, keep one” orders.




Return Process

1. Submit Your Return Request
Log in to your Cosplayshow account → go to “My Orders” → click Return Request.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Wait for Approval
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address.
You have 7 days to send back the item and provide the tracking number.

3. Ship the Package
Use a reliable postal service and keep your proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Refund
After we receive and inspect your item, we will refund the amount you paid for the product after applying any coupons, provided all return conditions are met.




Refund Conditions

  • We refund the product price only.

  • Shipping fees and insurance charges are non-refundable.




Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, the wrong size, or an item that does not match your order:

  1. Select the reason for your return in your return request.

  2. Include clear photos of the issue.

Our customer service team will contact you to provide the best solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.




Try-On and Fit Assistance

All our items are made-to-order.
If you’re unsure about size, color, or style, we offer:

  • A free measurement service

  • Personalized assistance to help you choose the perfect item

If you return an item without a quality issue, only one item per order can be returned, and a 30% try-on fee will be deducted from your refund.




Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, customers are responsible for both:

  1. The return shipping cost of the original order, and

  2. The shipping cost of the new order

All orders are eligible for only one exchange, and items cannot be returned or exchanged again after an exchange.
