It's 65% cotton, 35% polyester so the material looked shiny and satin-like (ex. homecoming dress). In USA, I usually wear adult small so I ordered a small and the skirt came all the way up to my waist unexpectedly but I accepted it. I wear a pant size 2 or 3 so I guess I can say it was just right/a little small for the skirt. The ring's on the top are also metal instead of what it looked like in the picture. I got so many compliments at the con; very happy with this costume.
