We are in the business of “made to order" which means that we are supposed to make the product after you pay. So usually we need 23 days for producing, domestic shipment, quality testify before shipment we also need 3-5 days for the international shipping. Ajuste General:Fiel al tamañoI finally recieved my order today and I am very happy of the quality and the way it looks. It fits my daughter perfect. The only dissapointment I have is the length of time it takes to receive it. It does not take 7-10 days to receive it. For us it took 18 days. Customer service did provide me a tracking number to keep track of my order but if I had questions it was difficult to communicate with them at times. I think I will reorder more costumes from them. For now I am happy for my order. Thank you! :D30/06/2011
